Super-T vaporizers are available for sale only to adults 18 years of age or older. By ordering
from Super-T, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older.
Warranty:
Three
years on Personal Vaporizer Bodies/Adapters, excluding adapter/atomizer threads, which carry a three
month warranty.
Super-T warrants its Personal Vaporizer body to be free
of all manufacturing defects under normal use for a period of three years. Super-T will replace or repair, at its
discretion, any personal vaporizing body/adapter found to be defective. Purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning
any defective parts to Super-T whereas Super-T will pay return postage of any warranty work/parts. Super T reserves
the right to inspect any PV that has been reported to be defective prior to the replacement and/or repair of the PV.
The PV in question must have been solely used for personal use and not damaged due to improper care, negligence,
accidental cross threading of threads, misuse, abuse, improper installation or modifications. This warranty will
not cover any damages which might be caused by this product (some states do not allow such limitation, so this reference may
not apply to you). This warranty is granted solely to the original buyer and is not transferable. Please keep your original
receipt as proof of purchase. No employee or agent is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of Super T.
Super T reserves the right to decline international orders. International orders may require payment via Money Order or
Western Union in US dollars and may require two weeks to clear.
Super T reserves the right to modify
the warranty and prices at any time.
Super T reserves the right to refuse shipment. Please check your local
laws before ordering and do not order if Personal vaporizers are outlawed in your area. In certain instances, especially
with international orders, Super T may require that payment be made via money order which may take up to two weeks to clear.
When shipping internationally, please check with your countries laws and customs regulations before ordering. Super
T is not liable for any orders that are seized while in transit to the purchaser and no refunds will be issued on the seized
product unless it is returned to Super-T. By placing an order with Super-T, you agree to the above terms.
Seven day return policy of Personal Vaporizers. If you are not completely satisfied with your Super-T personal
vaporizer, return it within 7 days of reciept and Super-T will refund your purchase price. Purchaser is responsible
for any return postage and it is recommended that the user return it with a tracking number and insurance. Super T will
not be responsible for any lost return shipments, so protect yourself.
Atomizers:
Atomizers are consumable wear items and thus only have a "DOA" dead on arrival warranty.
Atomizers are thus guaranteed to be in working condition only upon delivery. Super T suggests stocking up on atomizers
and be aware that 5+ volt devices run the atomizer at higher then normal voltage (normal is approximately 3.7 volts) and thus
wear is at a much greater rate.
Batteries and Chargers: Two week warranty on all chargers and batteries.
International Orders: Due to the nature of international orders, all lost, stolen, seized or non received shipments are
non-refundable and Super-T Manufacturing is not responsible for such orders after they have been mailed from Super-T
Manufacturing. Please verify your countries rules and regulations before ordering. Order at your own risk.
T-Tips: Three year warranty. Warranty
does not cover o-rings as o-rings are considered a wear item.
