Super-T personal vaporizers are available for sale only to adults 18 years of age or
older. By ordering from Super-T, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older.
Warranty:
Lifetime warranty on all stainless steel Precise units. Brass capped
Precise units carry a lifetime warranty on body and switch components and a six month warranty on the atomizer cap.
Super-T warrants its Personal Vaporizer body to be free of all manufacturing defects under normal
use for a period noted above. Super-T will replace or repair, at its discretion, any PV body/adapter
found to be defective. Warranty does not cover springs or battery/atomizer contacts as those are considered normal wear
items that may need periodic replacement. Purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning any defective parts to
Super-T whereas Super-T will pay return postage of any warranty work/parts. Super T reserves the right to inspect
any PV that has been reported to be defective prior to the replacement and/or repair of the PV. The PV in
question must have been solely used for personal use and not damaged due to improper care, negligence, accidental
cross threading of threads, misuse, abuse, improper installation or modifications. This warranty will not cover
any damages which might be caused by this product (some states do not allow such limitation, so this reference may not apply
to you). Please keep your original receipt as proof of purchase. No employee or agent is authorized to give any warranties
on behalf of Super T.
Super T reserves the right to decline international orders. International orders
may require payment via Money Order or Western Union in US dollars and may require two weeks to clear.
Super T reserves the right to modify the warranty and prices at any time.
Super T reserves the right to
refuse shipment. Please check your local laws before ordering and do not order if PV's are prohibited
in your area. In certain instances, especially with international orders, Super T may require that payment be made
via money order which may take up to two weeks to clear. When shipping internationally, please check with your countries
laws and customs regulations before ordering. Super T is not liable for any orders that are seized/stolen while
in transit to the purchaser and no refunds will be issued on the seized product unless it is returned to Super-T. By
placing an order with Super-T, you agree to the above terms.
JOYE eGo and eGo-T: The JOYE eGo and eGo-T battery/switch unit and chargers carry
a 14 day warranty. Atomizers for the eGo and eGo-T carry a "DOA", dead on arrival warranty, which guarantees
the atomizer to be in working condition upon delivery.
Atomizers:
Atomizers are consumable wear items and thus only have a "DOA" dead on arrival warranty.
Atomizers are thus guaranteed to be in working condition only upon delivery. Super T suggests stocking up on atomizers
and be aware that 5+ volt devices run the atomizer at higher then normal voltage (normal is approximately 3.7 volts) and thus
wear is at a much greater rate.
Battery Chargers: 30 day warranty on all chargers.
Batteries: Batteries
are consumable wear items and have a 30 day warranty against failure.
T-Tips: Lifetime warranty on all Stainless Steel T-tip drip
tips. One year warranty on aluminum T-tip drip tips. 30 day warranty on Delrin T-tip drip tips. Warranty does
not cover o-rings as o-rings are considered a wear item.
Imported Anodized Drip Tips: 30 day warranty. Warranty does not cover o-rings as o-rings are considered a wear item.
Return Policy:
Personal Vaporizers and VapeMates: 5 day return policy on Personal
Vaporizers. If you are not completely satisfied with your Super-T personal vaporizer, return it within 5 days of
receiving it and Super-T will refund your purchase price. Purchaser is responsible for any return postage and it
is recommended that the user return it with a tracking number and insurance. Super T will not be responsible for any
lost return shipments, so protect yourself.
Batteries and Atomizers: No returns allowed on used atomizers
or batteries. 5 day return policy on unused batteries and atomizers. Return it within 5 days of receiving
it and Super-T will refund your purchase price. Purchaser is responsible for any return postage and it is recommended
that the user return it with a tracking number and insurance. Super T will not be responsible for any lost return shipments,
so protect yourself.
Chargers and Drip Tips: 5 Day return Policy on Chargers. Return it within 5
days of receiving it and Super-T will refund your purchase price. Purchaser is responsible for any return postage
and it is recommended that the user return it with a tracking number and insurance. Super T will not be responsible
for any lost return shipments, so protect yourself.
Returns on damaged merchandise will not be accepted.
International Orders: Due to the nature of international orders, all
lost, stolen, seized or non received shipments are non-refundable and Super-T Manufacturing is not responsible
for such orders after they have been mailed from Super-T Manufacturing. Please verify your countries rules and
regulations before ordering. Order at your own risk.
